Plaintiffs Charlie Winborn and Juan Duran’s Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement and Motion for Attorneys’ Fees, Litigation Costs and Expenses, and Enhancement Payments are granted, except that the court approves plaintiffs’ attorneys’ fees only in the amount of $96,000, and awards enhancements to plaintiffs only in the amounts of $4,000 to plaintiff Charlie Winborn and $1,000 to plaintiff Juan Duran. A total of no more than $5,000 for enhancements is sufficient and proper for a class and settlement of this size, and considering the number of hours plaintiffs spent on this case.
