Defendant Steven Cox' motion to compel responses to form interrogatories (set one) is moot in light of the responses provided after the close of business on September 8, 2020. If those responses are incomplete or inadequate, defendant may move to compel further responses. Defendant's request for sanctions is granted in the amount of $1,375.
